We all wish we knew what the best location would be any given day. Keep watchin this board till you leave. When you arrive you can check tackle shops for their reports but always take em w/ a grain of salt. They are in the selling business + "some" fishermen don't give true locations of their catch.

Surf has been poor this summer so far. Spent years (80's and 90's) in Whalehead when 50 in the morning and evening in the surf was the norm. Those days are long gone. Sound has been the most consistent producer of fish so far this summer.

Post back and give us a reports if you are able.

If you look at King's post 8/11/12, = "Fall Can Be Better", it pretty well covers all the bases.
