Tom , that is just too funny.

Hookem , best of luck. I generally stick to the piers in August. Can be some very good fishing w/ gotchas and spoons for spanish and blues , also probably one of the best months to live bait for kings and cobia if you ever do any of that. It's usually a mixed bag for me depending on water clarity and temperature. Dirty water = bottom feeders and a puppy drum or two. Clear water = best for spanish , blues , and a shot at a king or cobia. Last year we saw a bunch of Mahi , but I never hooked up. Report was several were caught the day after I left. Typical. :)
