Thanks Capt D for keeping it polite.

BTW... Seamark is gone, the one by Walmart has a sign saying it's going to be a Harris Teeter. I would suggest Austin's Seafood in Nags Head for the shrimp. It's where the bypass and beach road narrows together at Jockey's Ridge and has a big shark outside.

Another one is Billy's Seafood in Colington Harbor, follow Ocean Bay Blvd. on the south side of the Wright Brothers Monument. It's on the south side of the road just past either the first or second little bridge on that road.

Early morning, evening and after dark have been the best times to go fishing. It's been oven hot during the day with a smokey smell and haze from the swamp fire. The sunsets have been good, I saw the best purple one I've ever seen.
