King, I like the local shops and wish them to be successful. I too have a small business...It takes a lot of work and investment to keep them going. All of the local restaurants, Stop-N-Shop, T-Tops, etc...I hope they all do well. They are the spirit of OBX. When they tore down Etheridges' Seafood Restaurant and built a Wings, I knew we were in trouble. Locals going out...Foreigners coming in. (Seldom am I politically corrct). "They paved paradise and put up a parking lot."
