Open area from OI ramp north 2 miles, on Hatteras island from ramp 30 south 2 miles, ramp 38 south 1 mile, Ramp 49 a mile each way and ramp 55 at the hatteras inlet, that's it. After they maked my map i couldn't pay $50 for 8 or 9 miles of access.
