Never tried doing it myself but have had it at red lobster and tasted more cedar than fish. Could have been anything and tasted the same. I bet it would be different cooked at home. They even have a salt stone now that theye say fish is good cooked on. Its just a big slab of salt thats smooth on ine side. Might be good
