I watch Anderson Cooper on CNN, that can be really good if he's interested in doing something on it. What he might be trying to do is put together a debate with the other side. I'd be prepared to debate everything they have been saying with facts.

CNN might want some video footage to go along with it. Some ideas for example would be the signs, maybe a good sunrise on an empty beach, the park service following people walking in the water, them sitting on the point under umbrellas, speeding, the birds on the islands in the sound.

I don't want to pick at it but from what I've read the park service has said that the closed beaches might be closed to walking when the birds are breeding not all the time just driving all of the time except for commercial fishermen when the birds aren't breeding and during some surf fishing tournaments.
