Am I to understand that all beaches are closed to vehicles? I thought 6AM to 10PM was ok. I will probably cancel our plans and find a new place to vacation. We have come to the OBX 4 to 5 times per year for 7 years. We spend a lot of money when we come. Do they not realize how unattractive this will make the OBX to 1000's of people? We are already exploring alternatives and it breaks our hearts.
