Striper recipe.

Couple of good filets in a glass baking dish. Cover with crab meat and some cheep white wine.(Your cookin it not drinking it). Buy some nice scuppernog wine to drink with it. Cook at 350 until the fish flakes and enjoy. Good stuff.
