The commercial fishermen had the net set 1 mile north of Avalon Pier and caught a whole lot of croakers. Basically said they catch all the fish when the water is muddy and we don't catch anything when the water is muddy. They don't catch anything when the water is clear because the fish see the net and we catch all the fish when the water is clear.
