Yeah, my guess is 10/7 on a limited basis. Looks like they are going to use Stumpy Point to deliver some asphalt to the S-Curves

"The N.C. Department of Transportation’s Ferry Division is transporting asphalt trucks on the Stumpy Point-Rodanthe emergency ferry route beginning today. In order to expedite the completion of N.C. 12, these trucks will be given priority from 5 a.m. until 8 p.m. daily through Thursday, Oct. 6."
