Nice to see your concern for the Capt outside of earlier worry that he may have been eaten or sucked out on a rip:):)

Been waaaaaaaay too busy for an old man. Bocce banquet planning mostly. 2 weeks away. Be busy same till end of Oct. Then interior paint. Just never lets up.

Some info... Had neighbors over last weekend for annual clam and lobster bake. Since dads gone have carried on "his" bake to the letter. (Much to the chagrin of some family and friends who have no patience for cleanliness or as they call it my OC tendencies.) Needed grill to brown chicken out of the bake. Naturally grill finally not repairable days before. Bought an "infared" at Home Depot after research. A Consumer Report Best Buy. Must get model w/ 11 at the end (2011 model) One Home Depot store still had 2010 models). Warm up time improved fro 2011 models. Works great. Heats to 600 degrees... if you want. Temp dial on lid. No fire under grates...instead under a "UV" pan very esy to clean. Porcelein cast iron grates. May add wood chips to UV pan for smoke taste.

Thought you'd like to know...for all the fish you "dream" about catchin and cookin.
