I'm fine, been listening to some bad karaoke singing tonight. Irene made a mess of the yard and garden. I have some black pines and swamp oaks around me that helped block the wind but the storm seems to have cleaned out all the dead branches and leaves, knocked down part of the fence.

All the surfers and mexicans in the neighborhood disappeared right before the storm hit and were back the next morning, don't know where they went probably higher ground think I was the only one that stayed in this area.

Irene could have been much worst if it came in as a stronger category hurricane. Some people over on the sound side and further south were not so lucky and lost everything.
