Hi Chuck,
There is always someting to get into around Oregon Inlet. There are still plenty of Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel around. I posted a picture of a nice one we caught two weeks ago. A local charter captain caught a 10 pounder three days ago so there are still some big ones around also. Bottom fishing will bring in the usual suspects - sea mullet, croakers, spot, etc. There are some trout and flounder around as well.
It all depends on water temperatures and which way the wind blows. Of course, this weekend will be very hot with winds coming out of the SW. This is pretty much par for the course at this time of year. You will catch fish if you put in the time. Good luck.
