Makes my Blood Boil *PIC*

Had the pleasure of taking a young soldier just back from Afghanistan fishing yesterday morning.
He will be leaving to go back on his 2nd tour soon.
Caught some Triggerfish and Atlantic Clearnose Sharks on light tackle.Not that great of fishing.
While drifting along it came out in conversation that just the night before this young man and his dog were walking along a DESERTED beach,.....nobody on it at Hatteras village.
Some nimrod Park Ranger wrote this soldier a $150 ticket because he did not have his dog on a leash.....which I must add...the leash can be no longer than 6 feet.
That is about as pitiful display of respect that I can think of at this moment....I just can not get over it
