salvo motel

According to the Outer Banks Voice aproval was granted today for the 60 room motel and a minurature golf course in Salvo.
Seems kinda big to me, what do you guys think? CaptD, you go to Salvo even more than I do, but we started going there for the quiet, think that'll change?
