I certainly don't want to see it turn into VA beach , but it might help out on the island for tourism. That would make it a seasonal thing , during the best fishing times occupancy would be low except for fishermen. It would also make it more affordable for weekend fishing trips for some people.

I know the other side of this argument too , I'm just thinking about what would be best for the island. Most of the businesses depend on what they make during the summer , let them have a hotel to bring visitors in year round. I'll fish down there more often if it's reasonable and I can fish for a weekend without paying for a whole week. (I know there are other hotels , just saying. Cheaper lodging would mean more fishermen)

Just my 2 cents. :)
