I sure hope I will be up and about soon. This is getting to old hat. I am sick of being down and then getting sick on top of it. I am starting to get cabin fever. I heard the rock fish are hitting on the Chowan River. If I can get the hubby up and about I might try to go on the Chowan. I usually wait till I see the American shad up here on the Roanoke River and that lets me know that its time to take fishing serious. I am just so affraid of un doing what the doctors have worked so hard on. I am having another health issue with my parotid gland and at first the do said I had lymphoma. I was scared!!! Test proved it not to be but a benign tumor in the gland. Your right as we get older we fall apart. I have been so down I have not even been writing my columns nor posting. I just have no drive. I need to shake my self up and get back to things. Its easier said then done. My body is shot! My thyroid is not working, I can't take meds for that because of other body problems, on and on and on. I need to just pick up, pack up and get back to the things I love. I appreciate the ones of you who have cares enough to email and call. Maybe soon I will get my act together. Maybe totally by spring. Hoping to be back "holding a tight line, soon. Deb
