It's a local group of volunteers that takes some in and will help you out with the cats for free if your up to your elbows in them and don't want to call animal control.

The shy cats are more of an owners cat than a people cat. The mama cats will drop their kittens off on you and take off. The tomcats can have big bucket heads.

There is no tailed cats here but I've only seen them between Ramp 23 and 27. They only come out at night and stay in the dark around or under the truck on the beach and beg for scraps. I never had noticed them until somebody pointed them out.

Petfinder is also good place to look for one, it's not local and they are picky. I was told you have to fill out 4 pages on how your going to take care of the pet.
