The link works, that's the way tripod is done. Free hosting sites are slow loading up.

The charter boat will be the best way to go. Some schools of taylor blues with sea gulls on them have been out there. You have to be in the right place at the right time on the beach. They tend to come in at those locations, Winks and Black Pelican. I would suggest very early morning like first light or sunrise. In the evening about an hour before sunset or around high tide and you might get lucky.
