The not visible boat wreck on the north side of the 2 1/2 milepost marker in Kitty Hawk is good spot, it can be a variety of fish if you can find parking there. The public beach access beside the Black Pelican Restaurant on the south side is the most popular fishing spot in Kitty Hawk with plenty of parking.
