That's the disclaimer. Sometimes I'd pay for a fishing pass just to clean a cooler full of fish from the surf somewhere else at the pier when it was slow on the pier because nobody was using the fish cleaning tables and the people working there didn't mind. Everybody stares at you while your cleaning the fish then the comments start by people walking behind you on the pier, you didn't catch those fish here. :)
