It's hard to say and depends on the weather, Thanksgiving at Oregon Inlet can be puppy drum or stripers being caught. Just based on the past if the stripers are there I'd suggest trying live eels around the bridge for them, bluefish are at the bridge now. Outside of Oregon Inlet AR-160 is the best one for a smaller size boat to get to and troll around or bottom fish.
