I think I remember seeing you post before. Welcome back!

December is a tricky month to forecast for fish. It depends 100% on the weather that time of year. Further south would probably treat you better. I would target pups or rocks.

A charter could be interesting for stripers - I think they should be in season . I catch my fill of those here on my boat , so it's something I've never tried on Hatteras.
