Will also be in Duck last week of Sept.Been there for the last 25 years that week.Some years great, some not so.The sound up there is mostly fresh water and very shallow.You can walk out 1/4 mile or so and only be waist deep.Good for crabs, but not fish.Ocean is the place to fish.Try fishfinder and fireball rigs with cut mullet, bottem rigs with fishbites.Or throw a Kastmaster or Gotcha in the surf.Keystoneman? guess your from PA. Where?
