You can get a list of tide charts off one of the links above, each cycle last for approx. 12hrs. but it happens gradually.the times on the tide charts are the peak so if it says h-tide is at 1:00 that is when the water is the highest,and just the opposite for low.and when you look at the tide chart you'll see that they change daily.ah yea best tide? I would say it depends on what your fishing for.
