Question About A Fishing Boat

Can someone tell me the name of a good boat to go deep sea fishing on in the Outer Banks area ? Anywhere from Nags Head and Wanchese areas, all the way down to Hatteras but prefer Nags Head / Wanchese. I am looking for the kind of boat that carries a lot of people in general, not the charter kind....
