I tried alot to catch a sheepshead last year. They like shellfish and barnacles, small crabs and sand fleas. You'll find them around pier and dock pilings and rocks or anywhere else barnacles grow. That is one tough fish to target . good luck. I'm probably going to try some more myself whenever I can get to a pier this year.
