Normally use a silver or a green and silver. Size depends on what you are targeting.Usually use a reel and twich sort of retrive.Can find the holes if you get a vantage point a little higer than sealevel like a beach access at the duneline. A oceanfront house also works well.Look for dark areas in the surf.Also look for sandflea remains on the beach, probably a hole there from a previous feeding spree.Also if you find a a mound or hook of sand pushing out into the ocean, there will be a hole on one side or another.Look for breaks in the outer bar probably a hole there.
