Yes, looks like rentals are down so far this year. Gettin more "specials" from realty's than usual. Most seem to be in the 7-8 and up bedrooms.

Probably cause "free" COVID $$ have dried up.

Been some rain daily on the North Coast for almost a week.

Bradford pear blooms only = about 25% of usual and are already falling off w/o any storms.
