Roast Beef And Noodles

An easy to fix Facebook find, there was no name for it but tastes like roast beef and noodles .......

Roast Beef And Noodles

1.55 pound pack of stew beef meat pieces
2 (10.5 oz) cans Campbell's French Onion soup
2 (10.5 oz) cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) can Food Lion mushrooms stems & pieces
1 (12 oz) bag of Mueller's Extra Wide Egg Noodles, rotini, twists
1/2 small (8 oz) container of Daisy Sour Cream

Combine stew beef, french onion soups, cream of mushroom soups and mushrooms in large crockpot. Cook on high for 5 1/2 hours. When finished cooking break apart larger pieces of meat with a potato masher in pot and cook noodles on stove top. Add the noodles and 1/2 small (8 oz) container of sour cream, mix all together well and enjoy!
