I'm just saying it was at one time, this was before the 80s in the 70s. It was a beach access where you could drive over the dunes at the end of a dead end road that was called 13th street. We caught a lot of spot and bluefish, sometimes a lot of skates and it was a good place to find conch shells on the beach.

Another main road was there that was closer to the beach, it's gone now I think the old road started where the new road curves. Used to be a lot of small brick rancher style houses and the developers bought the houses then tore them down to build the new houses where the old road was at.

The hole on the north side of Kitty Hawk Pier used to be in a washed out area right in front of 3 small wood jetties that were real close together at the dunes. I haven't checked it out lately.
