I really wish it was.I have been in Duck 3x weeks a year or more since 1986.There have been no beach access ramps, between Corrolla south to Kitty Hawk, since they opened the road north at the Currituck county line in 86 or 87.Sucks. There used to be a good hole north of Kitty Hawk pier, before Isabel.Not been there lately.Park at Hilton Gardens and walk 200 yards north it might be still there.The pier is much shorter it might be gone.
