This Capt has commented here many times re: "The rape of the land", getting a couple of negative comments each time.

HI all that's left, and even that being mobbed by ever more visitors not showing responsibility toward property or others. One thing delaying a collapse to commerce is the minimal number of eateries.

On public land the Park Service continues to allow beach trashing by not enforcing posted rules other than for nests.
Their shrugs and faiiure to enforce are mind blowing.
