Thursday Rodanthe Report

0530-0910 hrs. Surf. Another stellar morning. ENE 4-12. Clear water. Repeat report… Nada.

1 other fisherman out for 1st hour. Nada.

Overnite visitor deposited eggs at corner of house. Maybe has eaten all the fish??

Dinner last nite Goodwinds 1700 hrs. About 50% full. Much better all round than last few years. Service average. Food very good. Only negative would be the cold temp. Had to be mid 60’s. Probably warms up as more bodies are seated.

Took peak in Kitty Hawk Kites downstairs. Lot of clothes and shoes strewn about the floor. Customers obviously upper income by looks and attitude. Merchandise quality has dropped..Prices still up there tho, for exp. Flip flops $87.
