No fish in the box,
We don't go down that far. The dam is about 1 1/2 miles to the south.
Our boat launch is right at the Turnpike Bridge on the east side. We fish north of the bridge some, but most time spent is beside the Harrisburg International Airport runway.
Found a couple of honey holes beside the runway. Plus the Mrs. likes watching the planes take off & land.
One day we were there Air Force 1 was doing practice touch & go's. I still can't believe that thing can stay in the air.
Sorry to hear you trip was such a bust for fishing.
