Thought NASCAR was bad

last nascar race i went to food and drink prices were pretty bad. but compared to the PGA CHAMPIONSHIP, i was getting a deal. PGA: beer $18 a cup. mixed drink $20. cheese burger $18. i think hotdog was $12.
went out to store to get some gas and diesel for my tractors, almost $40. noticed not much traffic and only a couple of people at pumps. pump makers said adding another digit to pumps so when it hit $10 they could display price.
Mrs.C and I decided to stay home this year. Ain't worth it. the price of gas, food, place to stay, way to much. like "no fish in box" said, stay a week and maybe get to fish a couple of days. now have to buy beach driving permit and fishing license.
Did get my garden in, doing pretty good. and that cost me a bunch for that. you all have a nice summer.
