The previous one in that spot that lasted one year had their menu written all in Italian. I wouldn't want to raise a baby there either.

OBX employee pool is so thievy it's comical. I replaced one that claimed she was robbed making the night bank drop and got away with it.

This will live on, here is the original and my (half) version.

Hurricane Mo's Salsa

(2-28 oz.) -- 1 102 oz. can petite diced tomatoes (drained)
(1 cup) ----- 2 cups "finely" chopped white onion
(1/4 cup) --- 1/2 cup processed jarred jalapenos
(2 limes) --- juice of 4 fresh limes
(2 tsp) ----- 1 tbsp salt plus 1 teaspoon salt
(1 1/2 tsp) - 1 tbsp black pepper
(1 cup) ----- 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves (1 bundle for half)
(1 1/2 tsp) - 1 tbsp minced garlic
(for half) -- original makes a gallon

Process in food processor!! (don't over do it)

(cilantro does taste like soap to some people and can be left out)
