i have about 3 inches at 9am. think it is about over. i'll probably push it so it doesn't turn to ice. lows 10 tonight. on raised beds, the squirrels used to bury nuts in the beds. got some really nice black walnut seedlings. i planted some and gave some away. they have grown well. have had a couple of beavers in my ponds over the years. i think they are just looking for new home. never did any damage and left in about a week. 1st. one scared the crap out of me. Capt.D is right about kids can't fix anything. to busy on social media. (scary). have 1 grandkid that can fix about anything. 18 years old and loves the outdoors. i gave him a 1974 JEEP pickup when he was 14. it is now fully restored. i had to learn to fix my stuff, no money to pay someone to do it. all be safe.
