Labor Day

Hope all have a peaceful Labor day weekend.

Here on the North Coast its the annual clam bake Sun. Kids insist we do as is a tradition started by this Capt's dad back in 1957. Has to be done here at the homestead due to Mrs. Capt's condition.

She fell 3x last weekend...the last on her face out of bed. Been never ending visits by kids and therapists since.

Funny for the day. Ordered 140 clams. Picked up this AM. Thought price high. On counting however found price was terrific as were 289 not 140!!!!!!!!!!
