Is it any wonder?

Is it any wonder why this country is in this problem.
Just checked the Surf City NC Fishing pier camera. The pier is packed. Only saw ONE (1) mask in the whole 10 min. that I watched. What's wrong with this people.
We are going in the wrong direction.
Sorry for the rant.
To make this an official post. What do you all use fish hook size at the Outer Banks? Just finish tieing 10 #8 circle hooks for small fish around here (Bluegill).
Every time I checked at TW's, all they have is River rigs w/big hooks or other style hooks that are snelled. NO small snelled Circle Hooks.
