The north bound lanes in KDH and Kitty Hawk would get really bad around check out time 11am to noon on Saturdays.

Bumper to bumper moving walking speed then moving again around 3pm and usually heard the sirens around lunch time.

I was told it is still like that this summer some were coming a day early now 2 or 3 days to avoid bridge traffic.
