Dare County Tax Increases

Looks like Kitty Hawk made about the 26% average. You can tell Dare's VIPs live in Martins Point and Duck with the lowest 16% increase.

The 18% at Avon is understandable as they have no beach or dunes left. KDH and Colington must be punishment for making a congested mess.

And looks like Mainland Dare and Wanchese are being used for rich welfare so that Dare's VIPs can afford to live in Martins Point and Duck.
