No cable tv here but there is internet so have Dish satellite and a Roku box with Netflix.

Could probably pull a trailer park and get one for my "shed" and have it at the beach too.

Might be dry I have not seen any bars in the restaurants or an ABC store, stores have beer.

Being 6 1/2 hours away, higher taxes, maintenance, utilities makes it hard to hang on to it.

The family use owner is disappearing. I do not have any interest in doing any rentals there.

And another problem has started, my neighbor wants to go use it for summer vacation for free.

It makes people mad when you say no, somebody else I know has the same problem with coworkers.

One brought an extra family with a bunch of kids and damaged it and then did not say anything.

Ripped the bedspread and left the tv plugged in during a storm and blew it had to replace all.
