Big Reds

TW's fishing report and a few others have listed catching Big Reds at Oregon Inlet. Are they fishing from boat or surf? We will be making a 1 day fly trip Saturday and instead of heading Ramp 25 or further south, thinking of just fishing Oregon Inlet area. Thoughts?
