If it was really bad they would have sent him directly to Virginia Beach or Norfolk Va. or have moved him from Elizabeth City to there.

OBX Hospital is like the post office for them and those are all part of Sentara and the way they do things from a lot of prev experience.

Another words if he is doing alright there he will be fine.
