Slugs are comin on deck that's 4 steps above ground. Can't do salt on stained deck. Been OK for week now w/ only the 2 reported earlier.
Bought great watermelon 10 days ago. $3.89. Lowest price so far this year. Keep forgettin to eat it tho.
Re: traps. Smeared peanut butter on 3 traps that had just wired in nut previous. Got a mouse 1st night after that. None since. No more nests in grill now for 5 days. Hard to believe all nesting just done by one, but that's the way it looks. Happy as a clam (legal post) for the time bein.
Re: guillotine trap. Never seen that before. Come on now...no mouse worth the price:)
Re: fall weather. Had the same weather 1 day. Was 52 that morning. Back to 90's Mon. Still need rain.
Cuttin out tree lawn sod now...as has dropped some as much as 6". Just about ready to backfill and replace sod. Cuttin tree roots as they appear. Much easier than last fall when did 10x10 ft. patch in main lawn.
Re: Bigfoots. Son's work schedule won't allow him to go on hunt in Michigan next month.

Sunflowers startin to open (top) + setting more flowers on stalks. Have 3 kinds...big single flower yellow, and yellow and red that set the extra flowers on stalk. (Red = same seeds I sent you.)
Therapy and home exercises have helped Mrs. Capt quite a bit, tho even vacuuming still causes her a lot of pain. She asked therapist when she could stop exercising and he said "never"!
