I would say A and D. over fishing and I think pollution. fishing been bad for a lot of years now. the 80's were pretty good. we use to go out in Chesapeake bay for blues in 80's. nothing to catch blues in 10 to 12lb. range. some up to 15-20 lbs. we would get tired of catching them. now nothing but striped bass(probably stocked). man is destroying our planet. mostly for greed and money.
