a lot of people like that everywhere. no respect or moral values. people in grocery stores talking on phones with cart in middle of isle so nobody can get by. I use to fish the north fork of the Shenandoah river. was beautiful place. now polluted. all my fishing spots posted because of trash left by others. land owners would stop and say hi, no more. can't blame them. better luck on fishing next trip.
