Why is there a big tent set up in the Walmart parking lot in Kitty Hawk selling all kinds of fireworks including the big ones on a stick?

If I remember right there was a partial ban then a total ban on fireworks everywhere here. Must be to hell with it all and let it burn now.

And is it legal to point a security camera at somebody's window? Is that the new thing to do? My new neighbor seems to be perving out on me.
